VIEW THE ELECTRONIC STATEMENT DISCLOSURE. AT THE END OF THE DISCLOSURE THERE IS A CONFIRMATION CODE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER IN THE CONFIRMATION CODE BOX. BY ENTERING THE CONFIRMATION CODE, YOU CONFIRM YOUR ABILITY TO VIEW PDF FILES.

Waukesha State Bank will email a notification whenever there is a document available to be viewed on your Online Banking account. This email does NOT contain any personal, confidential information, it simply lets you know you have a document available. After you logon to your Waukesha State Bank Online Banking account and select the specific account, you will be able to view the document by using the "Documents" tab.

Should you need a paper copy of a document, simply Print. Or you may contact us at (262) 549-8531. A research fee may apply.
