To register for TrustTexas Bank Bill Pay, please read the following agreement. Agree by completing and submitting the below application.

Schedule of Fees

The fees for TrustTexas Bank Bill Pay are $4.00 per monthly statement cycle for an unlimited number of payments or free with the enrollment of eStatements. Your primary checking account will be charged the Bill Pay fee each month. TrustTexas Bank is not responsible for any fee(s) that you may incur due to insufficient available funds or insufficient credit availability in your primary checking account. If at anytime you wish to cancel the Bill Pay service, please contact the Bank at 800-342-0679.

  • Bill Pay Fee: $4.00 per monthly statement cycle
  • Stop Payment Fee: $29.00

Scheduling Payments

When scheduling payments, you must select a scheduled payment date that is no less than 7 to 10 business days before the actual due date, not the late date or grace period. The date you enter for the “Payment Date” is the actual date the payment will be processed, ie. funds will be withdrawn from your account and sent to the payee from Cuero, Texas. You may direct payments be made to anyone in the United States except federal, state, or local tax agencies or any court ordered payments. Payments must be scheduled before 2:00 p.m. CST the day before the Payment Date.

TrustTexas Bank does not monitor the payments that are made through the Bill Pay service. If you use the TrustTexas Bank Bill Pay service to pay bills, you assume the entire risk or loss. TrustTexas Bank shall not be held liable for loss, claims, demands, judgments and expenses connected in any way with such use. TrustTexas Bank assumes no responsibility for any payments made by you that are unable to be completed if you did not schedule it properly. TrustTexas Bank assumes no responsibility for any charges, fees or other actions taken by a payee.

A payment may be canceled no later than 2:00 p.m. CST on the day before the Payment Date by contacting the Bank. If you choose to stop a payment, a stop payment fee of $29.00 will be charged per bill payment that you wish to cancel.

Funds for all bill payments will be withdrawn from your primary checking account. An account is not eligible if it requires two or more signatures or authorizations to withdraw or transfer funds. TrustTexas Bank is not liable for bill payments that do not complete due to insufficient available funds in the primary checking account. TrustTexas Bank will not be liable if a legal order directs us to stop withdrawals from the account or if the account is closed or frozen.

Notifications, Errors and Liability

In case of questions or errors regarding TrustTexas Bank Bill Pay transactions or transfers that appear on your statement, you should do one of the following as soon as you can:

  • Telephone the Bank at 800-342-0679 during normal customer service hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5 P.M. CST, Monday through Friday.
  • Write the Bank at: TrustTexas Bank, Attn: Deposit Operations Dept., P.O. Box 808, Cuero, Texas 77954
  • WE WILL NOT ACCEPT TRANSFER REQUESTS, ACCOUNT INFORMATION REQUESTS, OR ANY REPORTS OF UNAUTHORIZED OR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, NOR ACCEPT REPORTS OR REQUESTS FOR LOST, STOLEN, FORGOTTEN OR NEW PASSWORDS VIA ELECTRONIC MAIL. 

Please be prepared to provide the following information: your name, account number, amount of the transaction and a clear and complete description of the unauthorized or erroneous transaction.

The Bank must hear from you no later than sixty (60) days after we have sent you the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared. If you tell us orally, we may require you to send your complaint in writing to the address above within 10 business days of your call. If you do not send your complaint or question in writing within this time period, the bank will not re-credit your account for the amount of the error within 10 business days of your initial complaint or question. The Bank may require you to complete an affidavit.

We will provide you with the results of our investigation within ten (10) business days (twenty (20) business days for all new accounts opened during the first 30 calendar days after the account is established). If necessary, we may take up to forty-five (45) days to investigate your complaint or question. If the Bank decides to do this, the Bank will credit your account within ten (10) business days (twenty (20) business days for all new accounts opened during the first 30 calendar days after the account is established) so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes to complete the investigation. For those errors involving new accounts, point-of-sale, or foreign initiated transactions, we may take up to ninety (90) days to complete our investigation. We will notify you of the results within three (3) business days of the completion of our investigation.

We reserve the right but are not obligated to monitor and/or record all activity and communications related to TrustTexas Bank Bill Pay. You agree that our records will be conclusive and final to all questions concerning the authorized or unauthorized use of your user name and/or password. Should any unauthorized use of your password be discovered, you agree to cooperate with us and any appropriate law enforcement authorities in locating, identifying and/or prosecuting the perpetrator.
