eStatement and Online Banking Enrollment

Please complete the following information to sign up for Online Banking and/or eStatements.  We will contact you with access information and passwords normally within two business days.

Passwords are unique to each user accessing Online Banking.  For joint and multiple signer accounts, each signer is assigned a unique access ID and Password and is responsible for the confidentiality of their individual access ID and password.  Access ID's and passwords must never be compromised or shared with any other person or signer on an account.

Once your Online Banking enrollment has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your registration and your temporary user code and password. When you sign in for the first time, you will be prompted to create a permanent user code and password.



eStatements Sample

In order to complete the enrollment, you must view the sample eStatement to ensure you'll be able to view your eStatement.

Click on the "eStatements Sample" link above and find the authentication code necessary to complete this enrollment form.  The authentication code is located at the bottom of the sample eStatement.

Online Banking and Online Bill Pay are FREE online banking solutions provided by Thomas County Federal.

eStatements are FREE and require Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Click here to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.  eStatements are available on personal checking, money market and savings accounts and consumer and mortgage loan accounts.  You must have Online Banking before you can receive eStatements.
