I understand that a $10 Replacement Card fee will be debited from the associated checking account. (fee waived for processed fraud disputes)

Online replacement debit card orders are for existing debit card customers only.
Standard delivery is 7 – 10 business days.
If approved, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address associated with your account.
If your card was lost or stolen and you have not yet reported it, please call 800-472-3272 immediately to close the card.
If your card was lost or stolen, you will receive a different card number for added security.
