Online Banking and eStatement Signup

Please complete the following information to sign up for Bay Bank's Online Banking and/or eStatements. We will contact you with access information and passwords normally within two business days.

Passwords are unique to each user accessing Online Banking. For joint and multiple signer accounts, each signer is assigned a unique user ID and Password and is responsible for the confidentiality of their individual user ID and password. User ID's and passwords must never be compromised or shared with any other person or signer on an account.

Your User ID must be between 6 and 17 characters. At least 1 character must be a letter and at least 1 character must be a number or punctuation character. Please note that if you do not create a User ID one will be assigned to you. Once your enrollment for Online Banking is completed, we will email you your password along with which number choice of User IDs has been issued. Please make a note of what your choices are as we will tell you which number User ID choice (i.e. 1^st Choice, 2^nd Choice, or 3^rd Choice) was approved but not what the actual User ID is.

eStatements Notice

In order to enroll for eStatements, you must login to Online Banking within 60 days of enrollment. Failure to login to Online Banking will result in the cancellation of eStatements and a continuation of paper statements.

Online Banking is a FREE service provided by Bay Bank. Mobile Banking is also available once you have enrolled in Online Banking. Bill Pay is available for some account holders.

eStatements are FREE and they require you to access your online banking in order to view. Electronic disclosures require Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click here to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. eStatements are available on checking, money market and savings accounts. You must have Online Banking before you can receive eStatements.
