External Transfers Sign Up Form

An EXTERNAL TRANSFER is the transfer of funds from your EVB deposit account to a CHECKING or SAVINGS account at another financial institution. An EXTERNAL TRANSFER is different from a BILL PAY transaction. For example, if you have a loan with another institution that you would like to pay through Online Banking, that payment must be processed using BILL PAY. EXTERNAL TRANSFER requests submitted for any account other than a CHECKING or SAVINGS to another financial institution will not be processed. If you have questions on EXTERNAL TRANSFERS, please contact our Online Banking department before submitting this form. A transfer fee of $3.00 will be assessed for each EXTERNAL TRANSFER that is processed.

By checking this box, I authorize EVB to establish electronic funds transfers between my checking or savings accounts at EVB and the institution named at the time of the request. This authorization may be for a single-entry or recurring ACH credit or debit. EVB may establish limits on transfer amounts if determined as necessary.
