In order to minimize the risk of fraudulent transactions occurring on your account, Franklin Savings Bank, as a standard practice, blocks international transactions on your Visa Debit Card. If you are traveling outside of the United States and wish to use your FSB debit card while you are traveling, please complete the form below or call us at 603.934.4445 or toll free 1.800.372.4445. It is necessary to fill out a separate form for each FSB debit card that you wish to use while traveling.
By submitting this form electronically, I authorize Franklin Savings Bank to unblock transactions in the destinations listed below. I understand that my account information may be at risk and it may be necessary for FSB's Fraud Monitoring Service to contact me prior to authorizing certain transactions when I am traveling.
I understand that requesting the release of the card restrictions for this country does not guarantee that the card will work at all ATMs/Merchants. I agree to take the necessary steps to ensure that I have access to funds, if for some reason my card is unable to be processed. This may include using an alternative method of payment.
During the time the card restrictions have been removed, and in order to protect my card from being compromised, I will assist Franklin Savings Bank in the detection of fraudulent or unauthorized charges by monitoring my account activity.
