You must have a Franklin Savings Bank checking, savings or money market account to participate in Identity Theft Resolution Services. Franklin Savings Bank PassKey Club members receive Identity Theft Resolution Services at no charge.

By submitting this form electronically to FSB, I/we authorize this Automatic Transfer Authorization. Should the membership dues change, I/we will be notified in writing at least 30 days prior to the rate change. I/We understand that this authorization will remain in effect unless cancelled by me/us in writing to Franklin Savings Bank. The charge will occur annually from the date of this authorization.
